What is a "high-quality" image?

High-Quality images are images that have been saved as .png files and are set to transparency.
Transparency meaning that there is no background color -- no white, black or any other color block surrounding the desired image.

by encouraging customers to send us their own blank t-shirts, hats, tote bags, etc.

We understand that not all garment materials are the same,
some may be a thicker and some are made much lighter.
